The person and his/her need is at the centre of our intervention.

To assess and share his/her needs, a home based care team has been established to visit  the homes of  the most needy, providing food portion, follow-up treatment and friendship.

The project encourages the rehabilitation of homes when possible, with the involvement of the person and mobilizes family members and neighbors as resources for care and support. Income generating activities (IGA) and skills acquisition has been implemented when funds available.

The success of these projects are largely attributed to our strategic involvement with growing numbers of social and intermediary groups who make it possible to give back hope to the less privileged, the needy and people in need of rehabilitative care.
